Getting Fuel?

How can I tell if a cylinder is getting fuel?

1975 XL125 Honda first bike
1993? VTR 250 Honda gone
1983 LTD 440 Yammy gone
1988 CBR 600 Honda gladly gone!!
1976 KZ900 daily driver

Usually a wet spark plug is a good indication, tried opening up the float bowl and see if fuel is there?

You would think they would check that during a $250.00 carb rebuild!!(they didn't),may be why they are out-of-business.
