Throttle question
05 Jul 2010 20:30
I was out on my KZ1000 this evening and noticed that the throttle has a lot of free turn in it before it catches. It has full throttle range once it catches but it has about 1/4 turn in the throttle before. It hasnt had this. Could something be out of adjustment? If so how do i readjust it? I have it listed on Ebay and need it fixed.

New cables are only about $15 each so I ordered 2 new ones to replace both push and pull cables. I was looking through my Clymer manual to see how to change them and I have to say that manual is about useless. It had nothing on changing out my cables. Anyone have a diagram on this or a link to a site that explains it?
