Im currently getting my carbs cleaned how will the performance be with stock carbs and 4 pods instead of the airbox i hear it will be bad with pods, is this true

they are realy dirty brought it to a shop to clean told them to keep the carb the same no jetting or anything like that i do not want to attempt doing myself too many small parts

I have the 650 83 model with pods. We adjusted the carbs to be as rich as possible. It pulls good but does have what i would call a flat spot on it. He mechanic suggested to get rid of this would require a header pipe-Mac 350.00. So to ansewer your question I think the bike will need its carbs adjusted for more fuel or the bike wont pull as much as it should. I need brakes so the header will have to wait. Good Luck.
