KZ900 stuck throttle

Hello all,

My Kz900 throttle is stuck. I twist the throttle and it only moves approx 1/2 inch. Bike has been laid up for 9 months. Thanks in advance.

Try reaching in and moving the cable bracket at the carbs. If that moves okay then it's the cable(or bales if there's two). If it didn't get pinched somewhere, it may be a problem in the handlebar mechanism. I've had one jump out of the groove they ride in and jam up the grip tight.
