Hi Forum,
When checking fuel level when using the tube, and with the measurements 2.5~4.5 Must they all be dead on center ie. I'm guessing that they are high low numbers? One might be at 2.5 the other at 3.5? hope I'm making sense! any help would be great, thanks forum

The closer the better.

Would suspect otherwise equal carbs to have slight differences in fuel mixture throughout the throttle range, which to the rider may be virtually unnoticeable.

If fuel levels range between 2.5mm and 3.5mm among the four carbs, and the bike is performing well, I wouldn't go the trouble of attempting exact perfection.
Opinions on this may differ.

Good Fortune! :)

Thanks patton,
Thats what I was kind of thinking, I'm in the middle of this right now, and also read some older threads, there is some difference in opinions, but they don't vary much, so thanks again!
