Everyone here including myself can just fire numbers of jets and such at you, but the reality of it is that there is no guessed magical number that will be the point at which your bike is giving you maximum potential. If thats what you want... It all depends on so many different factors of YOUR bike.
I've used the dyno jet kits before and they will give you a better performance increase that just jetting the BS34s you have. Just popping in jets sort of works, but for proper setup the air jets need to be altered as well. Which the jet kit will give you.
Jetting/tuning, no matter what is going to be ...
A: You'll throw in some jets or a jet kit, and just be satasfied with what you get, then your done.
B: You won't be satisfied till you spend some hours kitting, jetting, twisting screws and such, until you've tapped every ounce of power from every possible throttle position available, and smoothly under load.
I'm a B, some people are an A.
It's up to you.
Cheers!

I have a 1980 KZ 650E. and I found on jcmotors.com a
stage three jet kit. I also called them to find out what was in the kit. There was a set of four 114 size jets and a set of four size 118 jets, a drill bit and the instructions. If I remember The reason they said I would need a stage three kit was becuse there was an after market vance and hines pipes, and after market ignition and pod filters. So try there for a jet kit. It should come with all you need.

the one I linked above was 79$...seems like a similar kit, just not sure about if it's any good.
