I use the Emgo pod filters off ebay. You will need to raise the size of main and pilot jets in the carbs. If DynoJet sells a jet kit for your bike, that's an easy way to go. If not, I believe my jets were from Sudco. The local Kawi shop where I live sells jets also.
One problem with the Emgo filters is that they will block the flow of air to the diaphragm chamber if you have CV carbs. I solved the problem by cutting away rubber material inside the filter.
Using the stock pipe should be ok, but you will gain power if you let it exhaust more air.

Thanks guys. Can you de-baffle, or at least modify the baffle in the stock pipes to let more air through?

The chamber is at the top of the inlet of the carb, it has to do with the slide moveing. One problem with the Emgo filters is that they will block the flow of air to the diaphragm chamber if you have CV carbs. I solved the problem by cutting away rubber material inside the filter.

thanks man. Looking at your sig, we have the same bike, and I pretty much want to make the same mods to mine as you have. Did you drop the J cams in, or was it like that already?
