What would be the closest jetting for 28mm carbs

Hi ,my bike is a 79 kz1000st with factory canadian 28mm mikunis (no pump).It has 2 double k&n filters ,aftermarket 4 into 1 but don't know the brand.Dyna 3 OHM coils and dyna s ,wiseco 1075cc with 10.25-1 .The stock (I believe)mains are 107.5 Would like to be able to run it with the baffle if thats an option without too much sacrafice.The bike is not together yet but I am trying to get all I need before I start assembling her.Any advice would really be appreciated.

Hello...explore www.Z1Enterprises.com as Jeff as setting info on stock 28mm carbs...use this info as a starting point
