Lean?

Just installed a vance and hines exhaust, emgo pods, and the dynojet stage 3 kit. I installed the 165 main jets. The bike runs great from idle to 7500 with the baffle installed, and to 6500 without it. After that it has a bad miss. Does this sound like it is running lean? The pipes have allready started changing colors after 50 miles. If it is lean does anyone have a suggestion on what to bump the jets up to? Thanks in advance.

The spark plugs will tell you if it's lean. Do a plug chop at high rpms and if the plugs are white you're lean.

165 main jets are way to big. No stock Z with a pipe, uses jets that big. Try something around 117.5 and see what happens.................
