Im new here so Thank you to all who might be able to help.
I have a 1979 KZ1000. just got it. Benn sitting for a few years and the carbs are froze up, Going to rebiuld them as well as other stuff. But I want to aliminate the airbox and install the K n N filters instead. But Im just assuming I will have to go up in jets to compensate for more air correct? The carbs are stock on there now.

Thanks in advance.

I believe rejetting will be mandatory. I also believe they will never run right.

Get wiredgeorge to do your carbs and tell him your pipe/filter combo and it will run great just like my bike!!
