Looks as though they are. Pretty sure I can see the fuel feed T right in the middle there and it branches through the four of em'. I've seen a few of these.

For example (probably one of many)is the 1979 KZ1000-A3 28mm carb assembly with a single fuel line inlet.

(See pic in next post from kawasaki.com)

FSM for 1979 KZ1000-A3 has pic showing a single fuel line to carbs, and NO fuel pump, unlike this diagram from kawasaki.com which does show a fuel pump. :S
