carb leaking 78 kz650b2 1st bike HELP

i own two 78 kz650b2's one runs one does not. these r my first rides. i am 38.ineed all the help i can get. one bike runs good. bought it w a parts bike.rode it around some ,get the feel,broke cluth cable,stalled bike.pushed it home.replace cable. start bike. fuel begins rushing fromthe bottom of the left carb.it appear to be from a overflowof some sort[its leaking out a rubber line] if i pinch the line shut,the leak moves to out of the air filter[same carb] i put a screw in the line,the leak moved to the other three carb bottoms.all the while,the bike idles&revs. please help

replace the float valve assembly it is messed up replace all 4 as it is just a matter of time before the other three do the same and change your oil as well because the fuel will fill up the bottom end if left unrepaired.
