Are you sure it had a handle on both sides? I got 3 rollaways all different brands and they all only have 1 handle.

Might also consider replacing the missing handle with something else such as hooks or clips or magnets or whatever to hang tools or other shop items (such as OMR Repellent) that won't easily fit inside the drawers.

Often times, those machinist's boxes will have a fold down shelf on one side.

i might even put my miller welder on top and weld hooks on the side for leads...maybe.

You're not going to want to do that Joe. Tool boxes full of tools are HEAVY sonsabitches. Add a heavy welder and cables, and you have a welder that is essentially stationary.

my welder can be picked up by hand. its never stationary.:blink: :laugh: i even take it to side jobs. just put it in the back of the truck and take off.

then again, its just a option. where i have my welder now it never moves while im working in the garage. if needed i move my work close enough to it.:woohoo:

Most are, but I work with a guy who has an old Kennedy box that is a sort of rust red color. This fella has been making chips for about 45 years, so his box is probably pretty old.

Mine is the normal brown crinkle finish.
