Sidewinder pipe on street bike.

Ok, so I bought ANOTHER kz1000.... this one had a Vance & Hines sidewinder that looks awesome, however, the front peg and brake pedal do not clear the pipe. Does anyone run this pipe on a street bike?

If so, what mods did you make to make it work?

this is a pic of the 1327 with a sidewinder.you need this rear pedal to operate the rear brakes right. it goes over the footpeg. regular ones don't fit right.
someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.

something like this should work, just make sure the brake lever is high enough
holding up the stock peg for comparison:
