Oil drain bolt from hell... Got it out!

If you don't want to spring for a new pan, you can remove the pan, go down to your local parts store, pick up an oversized drainplug, and drill/tap for the new plug. There are also self tapping drainplugs on the market, I've had mixed results with those on cars.

OH, PLEASE DON'T do that!
