Cylinder 3 hot, other 3 not.

Just curious and for my own education, is that normal wear on the intake cam lobe?

I believe what you are seeing in the picture is glare now that I look at the picture. Sorry bad Pic trying to get a good one og cam sprockets.    The pic here is  on t mark for 1 and 4 is this o.k ? Or do I need to fiddle and try to line them parallel? In on intake is between 45 and 46 pin

Ok update . I pulled valve cover off and double checked timing and made sure marks lined up which they did when I assembled first time and they were not lined up so I did the process again and reassembled and seems to sound much better but still lacking power . All pipes read same temp now which  is good. So must be carb issue?
