Common mod is blanking off the emissions gubbins.
You could also have converted those to top end engine breathers.

Oh, one more thing, This bike has had several others improving its potential before me. So, you can imagine that at least some of the front cam cap bolts were stripped.
I've read about how the 1/4-20's will thread right in ! Well no. 1/4" -20 is only .014" bigger. Use an M7X 1.00 Helicoil and put a M6X1.00 inside that. It takes a bit to set in ,with the torque wrench, but once it does its solid. 85 inlbs. So, I'm thinking I'm a smart feller and discover they do this in the aviation industry all the time . double helicoil.
I hope this helps a couple of you.

Yes, KZ - 79-80 smog head. Looks cooler.

I plugged them up in the exhaust port, behind the valve, with a 1/4-20 set screw, Red Hightemp Lockight and swaged the threads. If they ever come out,Not, They'll end up in the exhaust .
