Valve chatter/left #1 carb Coughing

Ok guys I own a 1981 Kawasaki kz650H the bike sat for five years got it running changed all fluids did checked everything. When I first started the engine it had thd original oil from 5 years ago it wasn't sludged up but was thin, it started up made sure the carbs where synced right and it had an audible chatter sound from the left side of the top end the guy said the valves where adjusted on it right we checked it they seam right but I didn't check the spring or check if the valves where's hanging open but since i put the correct oil in 10w40 full synthetic the chatter went down but is still loud be in mind my bike is straight piped and i can still hear the chatter when sitting still but the noise stays the same no matter what rpm I'm at. U can hear the clatter in this video can someone explain it

No video attached so can't hear it but along with what you have already mentioned it could be shim bucket rocking in a worn head.
Had it on a 900 due to oil starvation due to blocked oil gallery thanks to not being cleaned properly after bead blasting.
