So the turbo/650 cams are better than the KZ750 cams, and the turbo rods are stronger than the KZ/pre-83 rods?

I'm pretty sure the small end of the reg KZ gpz 750 are 15mm and the turbo is 16mm and so would need to be bored out 1mm to use KZ 1000 pistons. 18mm small end con rods are reserved for the 1983-4 GPZ 1100 motors only.

Does it actually need a bigger wrist pin? Has anybody ever broken a wrist pin?

Well my 3d printer only made one piston, missed the note that I needed 4 pieces. But the first came out fantastic! Can’t wait to get the rest back so I can get to casting! Also got some parts back for my next psychotic idea! Take a look!

Well, I sold the chopper rolling chassis that I was going to put this Frankenstein engine into, but I kept the engine. Maybe it’ll go into my 93 zx6r chassis... or maybe I’ll build a small one or two person sand rail around it... would love to build a road vehicle trike (one wheel in rear, two up front) but doubt I could fabricate something they’d let me register in my dickhead state. I got all the 3d printed piston blanks back now, just kinda stalled as I’m working on getting my snowmobiles ready for the next season of fun. Before the snow flies here. Lots of work to put into my sled as I folded the front suspension in half when I hit a railroad track last spring but it’ll get ready sometime in the next couple weeks then I can get back on the crazy KZ engine.
