1982 GPz 750 running poorly when hot

Good plan! Z1 has always steered me right.

I've got an inline filter on it now, though it is a tight fit, and I'm about to replace my crappy, filterless (the filter material is long gone) stock petcock with a pingel. The new one has a nice screen on it, and doesn't have any vacuum nonsense. I've also put six neodymium magnets around the petcock to help stop any rust flakes from clogging it. The Yamalube tank cleaner kit worked wonders, though. I don't see a speck of rust anymore.
