Damn....now THAT'S a slick tool....even if you had to work around the frame rails somehow.
Hmmm....this needs more thinking....I was going to make a tool that bolted onto the head using the valve cover bolt holes. Need more thinking and designing here....:blink: :silly: :side: :S :ohmy:

it easer to just pull the head and that way nothing can fall down inside the engine.

Hi All; A word of caution when using this style tool. Be sure the knurled portion has clearance in the lifter bore. I once had major damage to my Z1A head when a friend showed me how his new "trick" tool worked. I had to change my underwear afterward. Have you ever heard the term broaching? It totally hosed up the bore. Be aware. Ride safe, Steve

Timebomb and H2 you are right, the tool works great on the outside cylinders but won’t fit right on the insides.

Meet my new tool. Piece of pipe with a section cut out and a long prybar. Got the valve seal swap down to 10 minutes each with this baby.
