Dunno how many people from on here make it up to my old stomping grounds, but I've had a lot of fun on this 25 mile stretch of pavement.

It's basically a tourist attraction, known as the "Tunnel of Trees". It follows the shoreline along lake michigan, has 2 VERY fun hairpins, and offers scenic views throughout. Plus, if you keep going past Cross Village on up to Sturgeon bay you get some beach time, then back to Cross Village for the best polish food you've had at Legs Inn. Follow that up with the return trip on the same stretch as the sun is setting just in time to get back to Petoskey for whatever else you like.
I lived in petoskey for most of my life, and have driven that stretch more times than I can count (In my subaru)
And if your up there, another very fun one though probably a little too hairy at speed on a bike is North Shore Drive (A.K.A. 7 hills).

The only thing about seven hills is that there's a bit more dirt on the road, the corners are much sharper, and there are more houses. Hence the reason I usually only go there later in the summer, after the tourists have left. Less to see, but a much more technical course.
I've got some pictures from 119, i'll upload them as soon as I can find my portable hard drive.
So, if your up there, this should provide a little more excitement than running up I-75.
