Many of those bikes are long gone to scrap. The squids beat them up; raced them, crashed them. Finding a nice one is getting harder all the time, thus the high price.

The side cover paint is different . Paint on faring. Ive got 2 83s .Tank decals One my girl bought new . $ 2400.00 out the door.

It depends on the market. In Europe, the side covers are different, and in Canada they seem to be different from those in the USA.
