My son works at a dealership... just for fun he ran the NADA book value of my KZ1000A
Top dollar was excellent condition: $9460.00
Very good condition: $5175.00
Good condition: $2700.00
Fair condition: $1635.00

I would say mine is somewhere around Good Condition PLUS....

I've been seeing some crazy numbers for a decent 77- 78 these days,
hell, I won't take 2700 for my bike with 85,000 miles on it.

I know someone that has the same bike as mine only it is a completely stock bike except for a Vetter fairing and has original exhaust. with around 25,000 miles
He wants me to help him sell it, more on that later.

Have always loved that bike..... wouldn't change a thing...... always planned on one for years but now I've pretty much ran outta time and its between that or a car to play with.... pretty much can't afford both.
