Your testing is going well. Quite a difference in the sound of the engine and vibration fuzz. I found some kind of dense rubber-type foam that made a noticeable difference for my HBar mount. It worked much better for mine than the strip of rubber that I first used for a vibration buffer tween the bar and mount clamp, as mine came just bare metal with no buffering.

More testing I changed the res. to 720 @ 60fps and put it on the windshield on
my 01 Connie. and it didn't like looking through the plastic I guess but the purple trees are cool.

Will changing the speed take the choppiness out of it? The others were more fluid. Is the windshield tinted? No wind noise this time. ;)
I might have to send my new cam back. Today everything was bleached out. Might be the settings.

It's the org. factory clear windshield with a lot of Texas summers. It's in real good shape for it's age
but it ain't opticly clear by a long shot but then none really are..

As for the res settings I think to really compare I need to put it back on the bars and the helmet
and ride the same route to the bar in the first video's

Almost like it's getting a rainbow effect through the windshield similar to a prism. Always wondered what effect mine wld have if viewed through a plastic windshield since it's housed inside it's own plastic case. Perhaps the angle combination between the 2 plastics being viewed through a camera lens? Mine has a normal look through a car windshield. hmmm It also has had an occasional waviness that I can't for the life of me figure out. I don't think heat from sunlight. I'm thinking maybe something to do with vibration frequencies combined with a fisheye camera lens. It seemed to help a bit when I changed to a different buffer for my hb mount. ..................................................Mike

Look like a good camera, and the price is tempting.
