Need help with this seat

First off, I'm new to Kzr and forums in general. So excuse my mistakes and correct me please.

Second, I have a 1977 Kz1000. I'm not sure if its an A1 or what but to the point. I have presumably an aftermarket seat that I need to sell. I couldn't find anything on it, if you guys could tell me something about it to make it worth while to sell that would be awesome. Otherwise, I'm going to re purpose it for a cafe racer kind of seat.

Yes, you see those on eBay and they generate almost no interest. If it truly is a spare seat, then you can attempt to re-purpose it. Although you might get lucky on eBay...

If i had a buck for everyone of those ugly seats i pitched in the trash I could but a couple packs of smokes.
I think my trash man takes them home. I'll see him digging around in the can I use in the garage, pulling chit out every now and then

This seat came off before the bike went in the back of the truck, it was in the trash soon as I hit the driveway

Well thanks for clarifying now that I know I'll just chop it up and see what I can make.

Somehow I have never bought a kz with one of those seats. BUT I have a few greg tossed out that make awesome clean perfect shape pans.

My goldwing had one of them, I carved the foam up and recovered it.

I had one on my LTD for a few hours one day too.... my wife liked the way it felt to her.
I couldn't move on it anywhere and the "pocket" was totally in the wrong spot for me...plus, it was stupid looking, ugly as sin.
Just awful!! GADS!!
I took it off the same day and it sold on eBay for $80.00 four days later.
