i've ordered from them in the past and the shipping was fast and affordable and i don't recall any confirming email.it may have happened and i don't remember it's been about 10 months.
sorry they didn't serve you well.
they've got access to too much stuff i need not to do business with them.

I had my first experience with Webike Japan. I bought a oil pressure gauge on Friday afternoon and it was on my desk the following Monday morning. Shipping was $16 but the total cost was the same if I ordered something similar in the US.
