Larry, is that soda blasted or glass bead blasted and did you spray them to seal them? thanks. tom

OMR did a nice job on his with nylon brushes and a drill. There's more than one way to accomplish any task

Those parts look really good!
If its not a secret, what type/brand/size/mesh of bead are you using? I tried glass beads on a scrap piece of cast and it seemed to want to smear the aluminum around, if that makes sense. It came out clean but I didn't like that it was moving the aluminum around. I'm not sure what size the beads were, it was given to me in a coffee can to try out, but it sure looked very fine.
I have a bag of Clemtex glass bead size MS-MH that the guy gave me when I bought the cabinet from him (Econline) but I haven't opened the bag to see what it even looks like.
I just bought a few bags of 120 mesh garnet. So far loving it (clean, fast, very low dust) but not sure how it would be on aluminum. Thinking too aggressive.
