Going to do one on checking cam bearings clearance using Plastic Gauge.
Going to do one on checking and adjusting valve clearance.
One on how to set cams to 28th tooth.
One on the proper way to adjust a manual chain tensioner.
To name a few.

I have an SLR camera. It has a video setting on it. So I hit the record button and taped the segments.
I saved the video file from my camera to my pictures on my computer.
I then went to youtube and created a account. In doing so, I had create a G-Mail email account, all free.
I then just logged into my youtube account and hit the upload button at top of YouTube page.
My computer folders opened, I found the video on my computer under pictures and clicked on the video.
YouTube did the rest.
I then posted the YouTube link to KZR.
Its not hard guys.

I just got back from Harbor Freight. I got the dial indicator and stand, adjustable clamp and a oxygen sensor socket cause the side is cut out. Out the door was $40.98 I needed that dial indicator last summer for checking one of my small block chevy cams and the pair of GPz550 cams I just got from ebay to put in my KZ550.

Thanks for the videos it's awesome. Since you have the springs out any chance of showing how to replace the valve seals?

I have never done a video or attempted to edit it, so it's a bit amateur at best.
I used a 3/4 inch EMT coupler with a notch cut in it. Bought a simple clamp at Lowes.
My site on YouTube is KAW TUBE
This is a starter for practice. I will improve them now that I know a bit of what's going on.
Tell me what you think. Let's roll this Tech Night Idea.
Us a small telescoping magnet to snag the keepers. You can pick on up at the auto parts store for probaboly 99cents.
I get it..you guys like building gadgets to replace special tools. But honestly by the time you screw around cutting sockets up and buying wood clams....wouldn't it just make a whole lot more sense to buy one of these for $16.99

Believe me.....I'm not attempting to thwart your ideas or derail this topic. It's just that sometimes the right tool for the job is really not expensive

Larry, you are 100% right. The right tool - right now! For as much as you would use one, its a no brainer.
But I might do this 1 time in three years, maybe more.
I have to buy other expensive items just to keep this mofo on the road.
The last thing I want to do is buy tools that will be a wall hanger 99.99% of the time.
I had this chit laying around in the house, so I put it to use.
I also make cabinets and do carpentry work, so the clamp is being used other places all the time.
Just how us jackholes do it brother. Save money......consume miller light.......

I hear you. If you had any idea of how many rotor pullers I've purchased over the years and used them once or perhaps twice  Those and snowmobile clutch pullers.....Oh man I don't miss those days working on sleds. But I sure would like to have my Mach I back with all the snow we're getting here
