So what category is this going to be under? Is it going to be thread or a archive of videos categorized by tasks? Would be nice to be able to search for member repair videos without having to do a search on a thread.

They should be stickys at the top of the appropriate section = Carb disassembly video in Carburetor section. I also think that whomever makes the video gets at least $500 for his trouble :woohoo:

Here's one for installing time-serts. I know it's not KZ specific, but until another video is posted it's something to see. Ed

I have shot my first ever video on Valve Spring Removal, using inexpensive items anyone can get.
I have never done a video or attempted to edit it, so it's a bit amateur at best.
I used a 3/4 inch EMT coupler with a notch cut in it. Bought a simple clamp at Lowes.
My site on YouTube is KAW TUBE
This is a starter for practice. I will improve them now that I know a bit of what's going on.
Tell me what you think. Let's roll this Tech Night Idea.

Thank you SIR!!!! I took my head to a bike shop and got charged $35 just to remove the valves. 1/2 hour minimum. I could have bought the clamp and coupler for that. Guess I'll be going to Lowes tomorrow!

Hey moderators, can we get this video put as a sticky in engine section? Maybe just a TECHNICAL VIDEO SECTION?

Please wear eye protection.
The process was quite easy. The fitting didn't want to come off or tilt.
The clamp catches the corner of combustion chamber and valve at the same time....it's perfect.
I'm also using 500 lift springs that have more pressure than stock.
I'm doing a vid on how to check lift on cam lobes next. With this easy process, you will be able to tell the lift and compare to factory specs. If you buy a set of used cams, you could verify the max lift and if a lobe is wiped.
