22 Sep 2013 11:25This is what close friends are for, for a 6 pack of beer you could get it hauled home. To bad I'm on the other side of the US, I'd do it for some beer and a ride of the bike.peter1958 wrote: Sitting home with pneumonia it isn`t going anywhere.

That would have gone for £6-7000 ($9500-$11000) here in the UK, if not more!!!

it is just too bad they are so delicate.
i have personally killed two of them  .
well actually i didn't kill em,dad did :pinch: .
after i softened em up  .
above a hundred miles an hour they develop a whine(almost like a supercharger).
and if you hold them there for a couple hours  ,they will throw number two rod off the crank and bust the cases out in front back and the bottom.
the only thing that held the left side on was the cylinder block and the crank.
oh yeah and you get a coolant bath  .
did i mention i done it twice?
if you want a fast 6 cyl. go get a cbx.
thats my .02 fwiw.

I went and picked it up last night and loaded it while I was waiting for him to get home. Im standing there looking at the left side cover and see a crack. Well Im sick and the sun was in my eyes. LOL he says don`t you know about the hidden key latch. He opens it and lol no crack and me very happy. Was funny. I had no clue it was there. I started cleaning it up.
