Hey, That's pretty cool........WTF is it?

I saw this at DragonCon in Atlanta. I'd have to call it the coolest scooter I've ever seen, but I have no clue what it is. Anyone know?

This might be a little better deal for that price:

You can't make this stuff up.
store.moto-scoot.net/AssPipe-1000.htm
It does look like their claims of humdreds of accessories are true.
I was seeing more and more scooter riders when I was working in the ritzy high end suburb. In Houston proper, not so much. Now I see as many 53' flatbed trucks as regular passenger cars.

Re: Hey, That's pretty cool........WTF is it?
02 Oct 2012 08:26 - 04 Oct 2012 20:34Above photo is just an example -- NOT mine, which was a clapped-out pos version, with no headlight, no left-hand lever, no mirrors, no cruise-pegs, and a make-shift muffler.
Yep, I had one and rode it on my rural delivery route as a young paperboy.
Paid $12 dollars for a used model, which ran and beat peddling.
The E.T. was nothing to brag about, but gas mileage was excellent.
The only brake was the rear, which was an open leather strap that tightened around the outside of a drum.
Top speed was an honest 30 mph.
Needed some foot-pushing assistance to get rolling from a dead stop.
Rope-pull starter, old fashioned lawn-mower style.
Cushman owners were Gods, especially those with two speeds.
I think that's OMR in the ad.
Good Fortune!

I like the fact they say racing accessories available. I can just see those being run at Daytona.

Haven't you guys heard of Moped Army? There's twenty some clubs in the US and they know everything there is to know about mopeds. Big bore kits, cams, swapping motors, some even build their own frames.
I'll see if I can find the article I was reading.
Can't find the article but check out the pics in the Garage at garage.1977mopeds.com/browse/
One example:
Careful you don't get sucked in and dump the KZ

 Tough guys as well. Id have to get a rainbow sticker and some fruit boots to ride one of those. :woohoo:  But seriously, thats just terrible. Only in Kalamazoo, I didnt think that was a real place. Thought it was fictional...should have been.

Remember, don't work on your bike so much you never ride it.
