Where are all the old GSX's?

I rarely see any GSX750 and 1100's forsale. Were they a small run model?

Id say most of them got ridden to death like the early ninjas

When I was in my teens the guy across the street had one and ran it into a park car in front of his house at 70mph. Unfortunate.

They used them for 3/4 midget racers. They were liquid cooled.
The old KZ 750 Z2's and destroked 900's ran too hot. And burnt the 2 inside cylinders.
The gxer was a popular engine for the midget cars.
Harry Massey from Southern Ontario and Rochester made them popular.

I wonder if the OP meant GSX-Rs or GSX? Your GS series from 1980 through 1986 or so were called GSX outside USA. The seconda generation Katanas were also called GSX around the world, but with an "F" suffix instead of the "R".
