Thanks for the kind words on the website. Hopefully this is just the beginning. I'm considering adding a blog where any rider who wants can post about their portion of the ride. And I really like the idea of a list of bikes that made the ride.

Great job on the relay website!!!!!!!!! Would it be possible to somehow show where the flag is and who has it as it travels around from place to place? Ed

I'd love to do something where we show exactly (or almost exactly) where the ride is, but I don't think I'd be able to keep up with that alone. Maybe we could make another google map with just a single "you are here" pin. Then have the coordinator for each leg responsible for making sure it's kept up to date.

I could embed that map somewhere in the site.

New website is PERFECT - Thanks for doing that !!!

I'm in Madison..... are there are a few of us in this area.... I ride a KZ400 and avoid the interstate so I'd like to ride with some folks who are up for the same backroad trip.

Shoot me a note -

Wendy

Need more rider from Ohio? I'm in New Philadelphia, about 30 minutes south of Canton (the football hall of fame city).

Hi,

i haven't been here since a long time and just found out about this relay run.Great idea and i'm in for covering a canadian leg.I live in Winnipeg,Manitoba and would be willing to meet up with an northern Ontario as far as Thunder Bay or Saskatchewan rider as far as Regina or Saskatoon. Not sure if i wanna go farther since these are at roughly 8 hours one way.Another option would be crossing down to North Dakota/Fargo.
If someone of you guys would be so kind and could ad me to the map:Winnipeg,MB R2W 0J5

Hey, glad your back. I'm coordinating the 3rd leg of the relay. We really needed someone up your way to catch Manitoba. This is great. There is a rider in Thunder Bay who wants to participate. You'll probably be connecting with him. His screen name is bekz and hasn't checked in as of today. I'll get you on the map and put you in the folder I'm putting together for routing. You can read more in the third leg thread. Have you seen the website yet? Go to vintagekawasakirelay.com , it's all there also.
