Bike stand on wheels

Noticed this stand in an ebay listing, and thinking it looks pretty neat.

Anybody using one like it?

Is it home-made?

How is the bike placed onto and later taken off the stand?
(Maybe let down from an over-head hoist?)

Hmmm... could be he thought it was a great idea as he put the bike back together on it THEN realized the "how do I get it down from there?" After all, Henry Ford built his first auto-carriage in the shed THEN realized it wouldn't fit through the door!
