I live in PA and am customizing (which at this early stage just means pulling a ton of shit off of) my 1977 kz650c. I have read conflicting things about whether turn signals and mirrors are required to pass inspection. One of the stranger explanations I've heard is that you need directionals and mirrors to pass the inspection, but don't legally need them to ride and you can hand signal and not get pulled over. Can any PA residents out there shed some light?
