High to mid 12s with good rider at IRP preferably a high pres 65 deg day. Geared to run out of track just before gears.

You're got going to run 11s unless you are Pee Wee Gleason. My guess is a good running KZ1000 relatively stock with a 175lb rider you may break into the 12s barrier, but barely. 12.80-90 would be my guess. I'd be surprised if it was faster than that. With lower gearing you may get to 12.50
in that thin stuff you guys try to pass off as air im amazed anything runs!

maybe try a set of 28s to help a little on the top side,a sticky tire with some screws in the rim would also help your chances B)

Through rim into tire bead on both sides, helps keep tire from slipping on rim. Some use more than others. Try to evenly space to keep "balanced" around the rim.

when all else fails a rack of bs34s and the coil mod is good for atleast 50mph on the big end .
combine that with the kz1k frame mod which should be good for another .10 off your time if youre pushing it down the the track,.05 if you weld everything back together first and ride it! :woohoo:
