Racing My '85 GPz550 at Infineon With Video's
29 Apr 2010 05:06
Sorry I'm copying a link to the story and posting it here, but there are links to the vidoes on photobucket within the story, and on YouTube under CoreyDSFA. Added them below, just in case.
The APE Head was not installed for this race, as I'm tossing up the idea of sending them a crank to perform their magic on, then rebuild a complete bottom end, adding the 615cc, Megacycle Cam, and ported head onto it.
Current race bike engine was removed from my daily commuter, and ran excellent all weekend, but saw oil temps from the oil pan, in the 274-285F range. I must be getting additional heat from the case as well. Zephyr ZR550 Oil Cooler planned for the next race May 22 also at Infineon.
Enjoy!

Here's my photobucket album link to th weekend, with a few pictures, and the other videos:

Working on getting my times low enough to race in Super Dinosaur with AFM here in Northern California.

Strange, it used to. I just fixed it...my sig line cut off the last few letters of the hyperlink text for some reason.

Corey - the YouTube link isn't working - it just tries to take you to the MyFiles section, which would be different for every YouTube user with their own account.
