Got 27 days left and my license will be in hand. Been 3 years of no driving and 10 total. What a weird feeling. Got a 78 1000 last week, took off the speedo, tack instrement cover and bla bla. And it had a rusty kerker on it! Not anymore, restored. And painted the whole body assembly the other day and cleared it tonight. These parts went on my bike. Turned out very nice. Man does that look sharp, and that's the only reason I'll post some pics. If I live through the BMW I have to work on tomorrow. Guy tuned it up and afterward it would'nt even start. I got the clymer for it so I have a weapon. It pretty much states in the manual if you unplug anything or hook up a meter with the batt. connected, it'll never work again and you'll be bankrupt for the rest of your life. I have no idea what this ex boyfreind guy did to it. So I go down BMW road. Hope that's not like going down volkswagon road. That was an in and out 5 times deal. But it can be done by add Donny at 50 years old and he comes up smiling every time. That kind of scares me but makes me smile at the thought. Dad warned me about a volkswagon when he was alive. I cut the end of the baffle on the kerker and doing so exposed some rectangular holes that give it the perfect amount of extra flow I was looking for. The end plug thing will be installed sticking out. Not that goofy way kerker did it, so I'll have a diff look that you can't even buy. I'd rather show the pics than even talk about this so this is it for now. And a tip for painting, put on the clear until it shines then quit. Same with the paint. And don't listen to anyone cuz they lie, or are just are dumb. Beer drinking is not allowed by anyone near you. It's called instinct. And it works. It's my time to shine. So excuse me I hear a truck coming, gotta go lay down on the road under it. Sunglasses please, thank you gentlemen and good night.
