Man Houston is going to be a ride, we better get started early. You've got a few Texas riders you should be able to get something going.
I don't think Tim or John know but I went by Chris's work today and told him and he said he thinks he can make it too.

Hey guys, I'm still here. I lurk every now and then but haven't posted in a while. I have been off racing in Baja and haven't done anything with ol KZ but move it around the garage to make room for the race bike.
I would like to make it that weekend but once again I will be in Baja, enjoying great fish tacos, cold beer, and awsome dirt biking!

I'm for Saturday, the 27th!
The Denny's in SM is good, or there's a Norms on the other corner of that intersection.
I'll ride along to the Rock Store after, if that's the plan.

No, I haven't touched the KZ since it left me stranded on Angeles Crest. I even put it on a non op instead of reregistering it. I wanted to go through the whole bike, rebuild the motor, wheels, frame, etc. I just don't have the cash. If it wasn't for my sponsors,(Hammernutrition/Callaway Motorsports),I wouldn't have been able to race the 500 this time. Now that the race is past, I can focus on finishing some projects and cleaning out my garage. I need to sell my vintage Honda and Yamaha,(but keep the KZ;) ),and ditch most of the crap I have sitting around.
What color is you're ride now Mark? The ELR green is my favorite

Don't yell at me but I will try to make it my front end is apart.
Needed to replace steering bearings and fork seals.
Glad I had a parts bike cause when I took the forks apart it looked like somebody put dirt in the fork tubes all grunge up.
Now I got to clean and paint the lower fork tubes and a bunch of other crap.
But I will try to make it.

Well I just took the ELR set off today and put my blue and white set on.
