Hi guys, thanks for the great feedback. Watch for videos when I make the run up towards Whistler as construction finishes before the 2010 Olympics.

Anyways I used a RAM MOUNT which BlueMeanie suggested in another thread. I got it at www.gpscity.ca which ships out of Calgary. Ordered Monday, received Thursday! I think everyone should get one!

Mounted behind my tinted Givi Windshield.

BTW I always ride in the rain - it's Vancouver!

There's vibration if I tighten it too much, so one has to be careful.

I'm posting another video right now of some interesting driving on my ride home today (got the camera angle about right this time).

BTW Camera is a Sony Cybershot DSC-W55.

Today's Stupid Traffic Clip:

How's the angle this time? I think it's perfect. The tinted windshield darkens everything, it's aboutu 5pm and dusk.

Some video I took last Summer. No traffic and I'm a rookie on the track. I was riding my GPz. I used a JVC Everio HD camera.

What I like about that mount is that it looks like you could lean it back and possibly have speed/rpm in video also!

Sandy if you pm me I can email you all the photos you want.

There's a long-stem version available that would be good for including the instruments. In my crazy driver video you can kind of see the tach needle in one corner.

$34 well spent!

A friends of mine in another part of the country watched my youtube videos and sent me this comment:

"...it really seems to be quite dangerous doing this~everything! in the rain! holding a cam at the same time!"
