But I've got to ask someone.

Daddy, Who is God?

Daddy, What were you and mommy doing?

Daddy, Why do you like to ride your motorcycle so much?

Squids are kids not much more than that.

Why do they call them squids?

Well.....when their skill level doesn't match their bravado while riding their hyper-speed crotch rockets wearing t-shirt, shorts & sandles, a squid is kinda what their remains look like laying in the road. :S

because that's how soft they are when their bare legs/arms/body/head hits the pavement at 70mph.

Look for "Song of the Sausage Creature".

Squid = Squirrely Kid

A person that has less coordination riding than they think they do. Wobbling in the parking lot, etc.

That's my definition, but I could be wrong. ;)

The term "squid" is often left up to individual interpretation. I've heard "stupid quick, underdressed, immenently dead", "Squirrely kid", etc. It basically defines a rider who lacks the proper skills to control their motorcycle, often while riding in improper gear, ie: no jacket, gloves, often seen wearing t-shirts and shorts. Most are easy to spot in the twisties. Fast on the straights, but slooooow in the corners, much like how the squid swims in the ocean.
