Did you have to clean up those side covers at all?
I've got a set that are in serious need of some cosmetic beautification..but I don't really know how to proceed. Would sanding/priming/painting be enough?
I like the flat black side covers a lot.

Admission: I don't really like 'builds' when the stock parts are used...but in this case I have to throw that norm out the window: this is a great project and I'm enjoying watching it happen. Keep them pics comin'!
