Definite keeper. Nice winter project for not a lot of money, mostly cosmetic from what I see. You have the tools. Paint the frame. While the engine is out adjust the valves, new gaskets, rebuild the carbs, suspension, the usual stuff. Clean the tank. If it runs well no need to go into the engine.
