Next step is doing a forum search for paint removal or blasting frame and repainting, going to try and do as much myself as possible to make this project as cost effective as is reasonable, if there is such a thing lol

Mfolks, thanks for that link, seems easy enough, but this thing is pretty oxidized, hopefully it works, I'm counting on it will:(

Your frame and swingarm looks just like mine did when I got my bike home. I got mine all cleaned up with one of those cheap sandblasters. It probably took me 300 lbs all together to get it stripped, but well worth the effort. Just be ready to get some form of paint on there soon after it's stripped. That surface rust takes hold fast after you blast it. Looks like you at least have all the pieces to your bike. I look forward to your build.

Update, a little more dismantling, also, checked around locally for frame and engine stripping/cleaning, and local company suggested "new age media blasting" which he said is recycled bottle glass, will be fine for both frame and engine. Do any members know of this? and will it be ok for an assembled engine?

I always liked the original paint scheme on that bike. One of my favorites of the 70s. Good luck on your restore.
