yes, but that white looks good on the bike, are you going to reuse the front fender or are you going to go to a smaller one?

if you are going to a smaller one i would love to get my hands on a clean front fender for my bike.(mine has some cracks and is slightly flexed outward just in front of the forks.

if you cant fix it with a hammer and duct tape, get a bigger hammer and more duct tape!!

I'm gonna put it back on .Return it to stock. I'm just looking at different looks playing around I took that fender off to get all my parts painted. I pretty sure it will be black with a true fire flame job. I need a good looking Hwy bike .. If I go another direction You will be the first to get the fender. I read about your gas tank do you know what size the tank is ? I thought it was a 5 gallon guess not HuH... Thanks

I was in Ferriday, LA in February of this year visiting an old friend, and he also had a couch in the yard along with 4 Mustang GT's in different stages of dismantle. :) Had a good time while I was there though.

So you would get like 170 or 180 to a tank full .You'd think a bike like this would have a bigger tank. Thanks JW for the info can't wait to ride it. Roy B sending me a float set Hes a Good Friend one of the good guys. If I need to know something about this bike I'm gonna hit you up for some info.. Thanks again Bro.

ive only had it on reserve one time for only a few miles, at about 120-130 you hit reserve, that means you got about 30-40miles to hit up a gas station. which would give you about 170 for a tankful.
yes, i thought the tank would be bigger as well, but i guess they thought 120 miles was a good time to stop anyways(i usually stop about every hundred miles when i go on long rides anyways.)

ive been trying to dig up a bigger tank that would just bolt on, and if i find one i will let you know.

also while you have that faring off, if you plan on putting it back on, do a valve adjustment. the fairing needs to be taken loose to get the valve cover off.

ive done a full top end rebuild on mine this spring and had to take the fairing loose just last weekend to check the valves. (about 8k this summer so far and climbing).

well, i put new tires on the bike a few weeks ago, it goes into the curves so well i have worn out the skids on my running boards! anyone know where i can get a good set?

i think a set of magnesium or flint ones would be aweseome during the night rides!
