right now she runs pretty quietly.... she's in about a hundred pieces in my garage! Actually ran OK, carbs were ilthy and way out of sync. some a-hole used like two tubes of gasket maker around the headers, tail light was held on by two bent pieces of metal screwed to inner fender, it looked like she was still running on the first oil change! and there is a little seepage around the head gasket... all of this will be remedied soon and I'll post some pics along the way. You guys have been very helpful so far!

I still need to clean up the rear wheel, re-paint the side covers and mount the rear directionals...

she is a bit smoky at startup and the electrics definately have a few gremlins, but hopefully I can log some miles when the weather breaks...

A lot more cleaning and rust removal on the small bits... had to make this bracket, the guy that I bought it from had a piece of heavy rubber as the exhaust hanger...

OK, so the bike runs... but not well. I am thinking that she is a bit lean because of the pods and free flow exhaust... Anyone have a good jet combo to run with this set up before I synch the carbs?

Are those Emgo pods ? If so, they are crap for filtration and pull way to much air which tends to surge at highway speed. What pilots and mains are you using? And what size carb exactly is it ?
