Here is a picture of the seat, the guy said it came off off a kawi, but was not sure what model it came from. So it looks like a little modification will be needed to make it fit and look right. Looks like i will be coming up to bat with my fabrication skills really soon.

Ok, today was a fitting session, i layed the seat on temperarly to see what im going to have to make it fit. There is a pretty good size gap in the pack, so im going to have to cut a section of the rear of the pan and re-fiberglass it to make it sit flat. Here is a pic of it with the whole bike in it.

Here are the GPZ 900 calipers bolted on, i only bolted one side on. It is a perfect bolt on to the z1 900 forks, so if anyboby want's better caliper's on the z1, these are a perfect bolt on thing. I am also using mag wheels off of a 1979 Ltd 1000, and the calipers fit on the LTD rotors pefectly.

The head was 275 shippped, and the sidewinder was 140 shipped. I needed a new head because the prvious owner, my nimwitted uncle snapped 3 of the exhaust studs, and tried drilling them out but was off center and rilled out almost all the meat on the bosses.
