Alright. Stay tuned guys. I will post a pic when I have a new one. All that really is left to do is, install the new tire, carbs, controls, and electrical. Should be riding it soon!

Haha I'm pretty sure you can get red sport radials, we're gonna have to look further into bias ply though.
So I've caught the bug, I'm probably going to be cafe-ing a KZ750 this summer. Found one close to home with too good a price to pass up.

Yep didn't get it, someone snagged it before me. Just picked up a MKII though, and that I wont be modding ever.

Nice find T_Dub, did you find it locally? My brother had a '79 MKII years ago, wonder if it's the same one? Should be fun.

thats gonna be a cool looking bike, the bars look little toomean for my old back but still looks cool.Ok... Well guys I could use some help with parts hunting/advice next. I am dreaming of ditching the controls and using something else. I think that something from a modern crotch rocket would be cool like from a zx6... Or maybe just some aftermarket chrome simple stuff? Where can I find these? I don't need anything but a high beam / low beam switch. There is going to be no ignition switch, no turn signals, no horn, no kill switch. Bare essentials only. I am also dreaming of a chrome chain gaurd to lose the stock one if possible....

Still recovering, some days are better than others.
