Just a little update....
Electrical Harness and Panel complete with AF/R calibration switch/LED...
Carb clean... Aluminum in #4... Nasty... :pinch:

Wow, it's hard to fathom that the aluminum bits puked up all the way to the carburetor. Is that air filter hosed as well?

Do what you like. If it were me, I'd replace the needle, pilot and quite possibly the needle jet in #4 carb.

That was a bad day all the way around! LONG way from home, missed a shift. I rode that thing almost 100 mile before it let totally go and I was pushing it hard. I knew I wasnt going to save much if anything so I stayed in it.
I run rev limiters and good springs now, WAY cheaper. :laugh:
